Convolvulaceae
A family of herbs, climbers, shrubs and some leafless parasites, the Dodders. It consists of some 55 genera and 1650 species from around the world, including 1 species, the Sweet Potato, of considerable economic importance. [FNSW]. Represented in the Hortus by a number of ornamental species, mainly climbers. A number of species are naturalised in Australia and a few are significant weeds.
