Vitis vinifera ‘Klieb-roed’
I have been unable to identify this grape and have no description as yet. It may be a red grape as Asmanhausen is famous for a red wine of that name.

History at Camden Park
Listed only in the 1850 and 1857 catalogues [Vines for Wine only no.28/1850]. Spelled ‘Klieb-roed’ in the 1850 catalogue and this is probably the correct spelling.
In an advertisement in The Sydney Morning Herald of Saturday 21st of June, 1845, offering vine cuttings for sale at 5 shillings per 100, ‘Klieb-roed’ was described as ‘from Asmanhausen’. This German grape was probably brought in with the German vine dressers in 1838.
