Rhododendron indicum Sweet var. coronata
Azalea coronata is ‘a vivid rose, with a violet tinge, slightly spotted. Very showy, and worth growing.’ [FC p.138/1848]. ‘Distinct and a free bloomer.’ [FC p.190/1857].
