History at Camden Park
It was probably hybridised by John Bidwill, sent as seed from Tahiti by Bidwill and raised by Macarthur. A plant was presented to the Sydney Botanic Gardens by William Macarthur on 15th September 1847 [RBGS AB]. Nothing more is known of this plant.
